【計畫背景｜APEC 旗艦級運動科技生態系】
ASPN（APEC Sports Policy Network）為我國於 APEC 人力資源發展小組 架構下發起之旗艦計畫。由 運動部（Ministry of Sports） 全力支持，委由 國立陽明交通大學產業加速器（IAPS） 執行。
本計畫跳脫傳統創業輔導框架，定位為亞太區最具規模的「運動、政策與創新」整合平台。執行七年來，已成功培育來自 25 個經濟體的 130 餘組團隊，建構橫跨 17 國、串聯 72 個官方與產業單位的強大網絡。我們的使命是將臺灣轉化為亞太運動科技創新的首選樞紐，有效解決新創發展零散與海外落地成本過高的痛點。
【本期徵案重點｜響應 IOC 國際發展趨勢】
2026 年 ASPN 第三期計畫，除持續深耕運動科技全領域外，更響應 IOC（國際奧會） 之倡議，重點招募具備以下特質之團隊（符合者將獲入選優先評估）：
- 女性領導力 (Women in Sports)： 鼓勵女性創辦人或女性 C-Level 領導者之團隊。
- 專業運動員創業： 協助現役或退役運動員轉化賽場經驗為商業創新。
- 智慧場館：運用智慧科技幫助場館的運行。
- 賽事解決方案： 針對大型國際賽事之科技應用與營運提升。

【Program Background | APEC Flagship Sports Tech Ecosystem】
ASPN (APEC Sports Policy Network) is a flagship project initiated by our nation under the framework of the APEC Human Resources Development Working Group. It is fully supported by the Ministry of Sports and executed by the Center of Industry Accelerator and Patent Strategy (IAPS) of National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University. This program is not merely startup coaching but the largest sports, policy, and innovation cooperation platform in the Asia-Pacific region. Over the past seven years, it has successfully nurtured over 130 teams from 25 economies, establishing a powerful network spanning 17 countries and 72 official and industrial units. Our mission is to build Taiwan into the premier hub for sports tech innovation in the Asia-Pacific, solving the pain points of fragmented development and high market entry costs for startups.
【Batch 3 Recruitment Focus | Responding to IOC International Trends】
In 2026, the ASPN Batch 3 program, while continuing to deep dive into all fields of sports technology, will further respond to the initiatives of the IOC (International Olympic Committee) by focusing on recruiting teams with the following characteristics (eligible teams will receive priority evaluation): Women in Sports: Encouraging teams with female founders or female C-level leaders. Athlete Entrepreneurship: Assisting current or former athletes in transforming their on-field experience into business innovation. Smart Venues & Event Solutions: Focusing on technological applications and operational enhancements for major international sporting events.
